I provide a wide range of different types of programme support to clients.

KPIs and programme structures

KPIs (key performance indicators) are key to the management of projects and programmes. I’m used to setting up KPI and reporting frameworks that allow you to build an evidence base as you deliver your programme that shows progress and impact to stakeholders and funders and which allows you to be in control of your activities and partnerships.

Many projects make the mistake of not planning how they will collect evidence of activity and impact until it is too late – this is particularly true for collaborations and international consortia.
